How to read fallback values

Most rows use direct public ACS ZIP/ZCTA data. Rows marked as fallback use public ZIP-to-tract crosswalks and ACS tract data where direct ZIP-level data is missing. Treat fallback rows as estimated/lower-confidence evidence.

Coverage check

This review includes all 114 public GeoNames ZIPs in the current Meta-targeted counties: Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, and Waukesha. No ZIPs from those current geo targets are missing. Every ZIP has a default Keep or Remove/Exclude recommendation; five low-confidence rows have no usable public income/Medicaid metric and default to Remove/Exclude.

Sources

Meta targeting: active Support Plus PCW campaigns/ad sets returned current county targets: Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, and Waukesha. No DMA or city targeting was returned by the API at review time.
ZIP list and centroids: GeoNames US ZIP export.
Direct rows: ACS 2024 5-year ZCTA B19013 and C27007 through Census Reporter.
Fallback rows: HUD-USPS ZIP Code Crosswalk API type 1 ZIP→tract, using res_ratio when available and tot_ratio when no residential ratio exists.
